I’m Elvis Warutumo Gitau — a digital strategist, educator, and content creator with a passion for helping people turn skills into income, ideas into businesses, and content into visibility. From building my personal brand from scratch to training thousands across Africa in digital skills, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others grow in the digital economy.

I don’t just teach digital transformation — I live it. What began as a small cyber café in Nyeri, Kenya, turned into a personal mission to help others master digital tools, build online brands, and create sustainable income streams through content, freelancing, and entrepreneurship.

My Journey: From a Cyber Café to a Digital Brand

In 2019, I graduated with a degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from Dedan Kimathi University of Technology. But like many graduates, I faced the harsh reality of joblessness. My mother gave me KES 100,000 to start a cyber café — and that’s where my digital journey began.

I discovered the power of online visibility after listing services on OLX (now Jiji). That small step led to logo and poster design gigs. Then COVID-19 hit. While many were idle, I was learning. I turned to freelancing, taught myself graphic design, content creation, and SEO — and started serving clients locally and globally.

From there, my brand took shape — built not on hype but on value, consistency, and trust.

What I Do Today

Today, I help individuals, creators, businesses, and organizations grow online using content, systems, and digital strategy. I do this through:

  • Tera Creations — my digital agency, where we build SEO-optimized websites, run digital campaigns, and help businesses grow their online presence
  • Courses.ElvisW.Online — my digital skills academy with over a dozen practical courses on SEO, web design, content creation, AI productivity, freelancing, and more
  • ElvisW.online — my personal platform where I share strategies, stories, and services to help you grow

I also speak at events, mentor freelancers, and collaborate with brands and educators to expand digital literacy in Africa.
